John attended the Software Craftsmanship Academy after graduating from Washington & Lee University. He joined RoleModel as a developer in 2012, and contributes to projects using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript. John also consults on DevOps and security analysis for other in-house projects. His skill set includes experience with Postgresql, MySQL, HTML5, CSS, Git, Capistrano, and Unicorn. John's interests range from philosophy and theology to music and dance. He also has experience in visual media and print design. John describes himself as enthusiastic, with extreme curiosity and a love for problem solving.
