You can find a lot of classroom training experiences where a trained instructor goes through a set of slides and their canned examples, and certainly that will teach you something about the subject matter. But, you'll never get that from RoleModel.
All of our workshops are led by those with practical experience. They may have a few slides and they've typically been trained in teaching techniques. But, they've learned by example. We work with people everyday and there is rarely a day that we don't have to do some sort of knowledge transfer. Over the years, we've learned that the best learning is experiential learning guided by a mentor that knows the subject matter, understands how people learn, and desires to help them learn.
With rare exception, the vast majority of all of our workshops are filled with problem solving using the subject matter. We focus on teaching you how to incorporate the concepts we're offering into your thinking processes, not just add nuggets of information that you'll have to figure out how to apply later.
